Voting for the POA Board begins January 5th, 2026, and this election will shape how decisions are made in our village for years to come.
Over the past year, The Hills Observer has focused on one thing: bringing clarity, transparency, and facts to residents - especially on issues that directly affect our wallets and our choices.
One issue stands above all others.
Mandatory Club Dues - The Issue No One Wants to Touch
Mandatory club dues impact every homeowner, yet none of the POA candidates have taken a clear stand on it.
I will.
My position is simple and consistent:
No resident should be forced to pay for amenities they don’t use
Participation in the country club should be a choice, not a mandate
If a club can sustain itself through voluntary and outside memberships, residents deserve fair alternatives
This isn’t about being anti-club.
It’s about being pro-choice, pro-fairness, and pro-resident.

Why I’m Running
I’m running because:
I ask the questions others avoid
I document what happens behind closed doors
I believe the POA exists to represent homeowners first, not outside interests
Support me if you believe:
Transparency should be the default, not the exception
Big financial decisions deserve open discussion
Residents deserve options, not ultimatums
Your Vote Starts January 5th
This election isn’t about personalities.
It’s about whether the POA listens - or continues to stay silent on the biggest issue facing homeowners.
If mandatory dues matter to you, if fairness matters to you, and if choice matters to you - I ask for your support.
Let’s bring real conversations back to the POA.
