Google Fiber Right of Entry Agreement – What It Means for Our Community
The Hills of Lakeway Property Owners Association (POA) has officially signed a Right of Entry (ROE) agreement with Google Fiber on January 22, 2025, allowing the company to begin preparations for bringing high-speed fiber-optic internet to our community.

📌 Scope: Google Fiber is granted permission to install, operate, and maintain fiber-optic infrastructure within the POA’s jurisdiction.
What This Means for Residents
🔹 Faster, More Reliable Internet – Google Fiber's gigabit-speed service will offer enhanced connectivity options for streaming, remote work, gaming, and everyday browsing.
🔹 Minimal Disruptions – While some construction may occur, efforts will be made to ensure limited impact on daily activities.
🔹 POA Oversight – The POA will work closely with Google Fiber to ensure adherence to community guidelines, with regular updates provided to residents.
🔹 Installation Areas: The infrastructure rollout will prioritize main roads and high-density areas first, with a phased expansion to cover the entire community.
